“In times where working for one organisation for such a long period of time is rare, we are proud to have so many colleagues who have shown their dedication and loyalty to our business over the years, even through times of change within our business and our industry,” said Ari.

The celebrations coincided with a ‘fancy dress’ Harmony Day lunch which recognises inclusiveness, respect and belonging for all Australians regardless of cultural or linguistic background. ETG’s workforce represents more than 23 nationalities and staff that speak more than 21 languages.

“Cultural diversity is one of our greatest strengths and as an organisation, we feel that this diversity brings a fresh approach to the way we do business,” Ari added.
