AmaWaterways (represented by APT in Australia) will add a new ship to its European fleet on 1 July 2020, the AmaSiena. The 156-guest ship will sail seven various itineraries that include 10 and 11-day options. Aboard the AmaSiena, guests will visit iconic cities, historical villages and spectacular vineyard regions along the Rhine, Main, Moselle and Danube rivers.
Like her sister ships, AmaMora (2019), AmaLea (2018) and AmaKristina (2017), AmaSiena will feature connecting staterooms, generous personal space, luxury amenities and a variety of dining choices; including, AmaWaterways’ signature regionally-inspired cuisine in the Main Restaurant and the wine-paired tasting menu in The Chef’s Table Restaurant.

AmaSiena will feature 78 staterooms, the majority of which will include AmaWaterways’ exclusive twin balconies – offering panoramic views from a French balcony and a Step-Out balcony. She also has four suites (32.5-square metres), six pairs of connecting staterooms and 12 triple occupancy staterooms designed for multi-generational families. Additional amenities include a heated Sun Deck swimming pool with a swim-up bar, invigorating classes led by a trained Wellness Host, a fitness room, a fleet of bicycles and massage and beauty salon services. Guests can also enjoy complimentary Entertainment-On-Demand, high-speed Wi-Fi and “Sip & Sail” happy hour.

When she debuts in July 2020, AmaSiena will sail a wide variety of popular itineraries, but highlights include the 10-night Rhine & Moselle Delights and 11-night Rhine & Moselle Fairytales between Amsterdam and Basel. Both trips give guests the opportunity to explore the Middle Age castles and spectacular vineyards that line the banks of the Moselle river at their leisure.
