Global chauffeur company Blacklane has launched a new brand identity with the introduction of a fresh website, logo, colour scheme, new apps and an improved tagline: “upgrade your travels”.
The rebrand sees Blacklane focus on the “craft of driving and people skills that separate chauffeurs from drivers” and features images of real chauffeurs and airport concierge partners.
“A chauffeur inspires confidence in every personal interaction and manoeuvre of the vehicle. We infuse that premium experience into our entire brand and in every traveller’s encounter with us,” said Jens Wohltorf, CEO and co-founder of Blacklane. “Chauffeurs, airport concierges and everyone behind the scenes go the extra mile, literally and figuratively, to anticipate guests’ needs and perform service with precision.”
In August, phase two of the rebrand will celebrate Blacklane chauffeur and airport concierge partners. This phase makes use of Blacklane’s extensive expertise, ensuring travellers are at ease when they travel between their front door and the airport.
Later campaigns will highlight Blacklane’s internal crew across all of its brands. This ongoing approach will highlight the ways in which customer service, product, engineering and marketing give guests a high-quality experience at every Blacklane touchpoint.
