The burgeoning tourist mecca of Los Cabos has attracted attention from Hilton’s Waldorf Astoria brand. Ownership of the award-winning Resort at Pedregal will switch hands and rebrand as Waldorf Astoria Los Cabos Pedregal. The 115-room and suite luxury retreat is perched on an oceanside mountain and beach and will debut in Q4 2019.

The resort boasts an extensive list of industry accolades, including TripAdvisor’s Traveller’s Choice awards No. 1 of the Top 25 Hotels in Mexico, No. 1 of the Top 25 Hotels for Service in Mexico and No. 7 of the Top 25 Hotels in the World in 2019.

All rooms and suites offer ocean views, private plunge pools and a refined, upscale design inspired by the surrounding area’s natural elements. A fusion of modern luxury and authentic Mexican style, rooms feature rainforest showers, standalone bathtubs, outdoor areas with fire pits, private chefs and more.
