Anantara Hotels, Resorts & Spas has officially added Spain to its global network following the opening of Anantara Villa Padierna Palace Benahavis Marbella Resort. Located in the Costa del Sol’s Golf Valley and in the rolling hills of the Andalusian coast, the property joins Anantara Vilamoura Algarve Resort in Portugal as Anantara’s second location in Europe.
Anantara Villa Padierna Palace offers 132 luxurious guest rooms and suites, plus one and two bedroom villas with butler service and private pools ensconced in manicured gardens.
The hotel is filled with 1,200 original works of art including Sevillian tapestries, paintings and artefacts. Guests will enjoy Mediterranean and Asian cuisine, with restaurants utilising locally sourced seafood and seasonal produce across numerous dining options.
There are three world-class golf courses that surround the resort, plus the Tramores Golf Academy by Michael Campbell offers an elevated golfing experience. Wellness possibilities include private meditation and Pilates sessions as well as mindful hiking in the Sierra las Nievas mountain range.
