French luxury hotelier Airelles has set an opening date of 19 December 2019 for its third property in the country, Mademoiselle Val d’Isère. The 41-key new-build will join sister properties, Les Airelles in Courchevel and La Bastide in Gordes, by seeking a Palace accreditation.
Positioned at an altitude of 1,850 metres and in the heart of Val d’Isère Place at de Neige, directly at the base of the slopes, Mademoiselle will be the only luxury hotel in the area to offer ski in ski out access.
Designed to be a reinterpretation of a medieval-inspired castle, Mademoiselle feature nine suites and five private penthouses, complete with their own dedicated butler. Each room will feature a private balcony or terrace with views of the slopes or village and will be individually appointed with antique furniture and authenticated artwork from a collection of over 4,000 specially selected pieces, seamlessly blending modernity with tradition throughout.
Mademoiselle Val d’Isère will feature the largest spa in the village, created in partnership with the skincare and cosmetic brand, Guerlain. Facilities will include a 20-metre by five-metre swimming pool, Hammam, sauna, jacuzzi, two sensory showers, a healthy bar offering a wide range of teas and drinks inspired by a traditional French Echoppe and a fitness centre complete with its own coach.
Mademoiselle will also be home to a gallery of boutiques and a 70-square-metre cinema, reserved entirely for guests.
