The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) has just rounded-out its three-city tour, kicking things off in Auckland with agent and B2B events at the start of the week, followed by a mid-week rendezvous in Melbourne, and culminating in Sydney with the finale agent event last night and B2B meetings today. LVCVA, alongside twelve key industry partners, welcomed over 200 agents to discover all that’s new in the Entertainment Capital of the World.
This year’s Sales Mission was crafted to allow agents to build one-on-one relationships with local industry representatives, enabling them to discover new products, as well as improve their destination knowledge via a fun and intimate Q&A session – hosted by travel writer and comedian, David Smiedt. Weaving stand-up comedy and skits throughout the panel, David kept the agents (and Las Vegas delegates) entertained throughout the evening.
The events also saw one lucky agent from each city walk away with a major prize giveaway, which included: two international return flights to Las Vegas, thanks to the event’s airline partner United Airlines; deluxe accommodation packages; only-in-Vegas activities; and gourmet dining experiences, courtesy of the LVCVA’s generous partners.
