Travel Associates introduces new Cruise Boutique

14 outlets to undergo external redesign to reflect the premium brand’s new concept

Flight Centre Travel Group’s Travel Associates brand this week officially launched its Travel Associates Cruise Boutique concept, a business specialisation designed to offer clients cruise expertise, curated cruise and travel experiences, and unrivalled service.

Each of the 14 Travel Associates Cruise Boutiques will undergo an external redesign to reflect the premium brand’s new concept but will retain Travel Associates hallmark brand codes that include purple doors, pressed metal design features and striking imagery.

“It is forecast that the Australian cruise sector, both for homeport and international sailings, is set to reach its 2017 peak again leading into the new year,” said Danielle Galloway, Flight Centre Travel Group General Manager of Premium Leisure Brands.

“We want to go on this journey with our clients and provide them with the very best cruising experiences globally. For this reason, we are introducing our new specialisation to cater for a very specific customer requirement.”

Travel Associates Cruise Boutiques will offer insider knowledge of ocean, river and expedition cruises from numerous premium partners, based on the consultants’ personal knowledge and firsthand experience.

Clients will be guided by advisors with an average of 10 years in travel. Many of the advisors are past and present CLIA masters or ambassadors, Princess Commodores and alumni of training programs from HAL, Regent, Uniworld, Silversea Academy, Seabourn Academy and RCL to name just a few.

Each of the Travel Associates Cruise Boutique advisers have personally spent hundreds of nights at sea, clocking up an incredible 650 cruises and 7,120 nights on board between them.
