Pacific Island Air and Castaway Island, Fiji have launched a new day trip from Fiji’s main island of Viti Levu which allows holidaymakers to enjoy a full day relaxing or exploring the private island of Castaway.
Day guests can start their Castaway experience with a scenic helicopter or seaplane flight from Nadi Airport, arriving at the island in time to spend a full day enjoying the island’s many amenities and activities including use of non-motorised watersport equipment or playing tennis and beach volleyball.
The day trip includes lunch from either an à la carte menu, a gourmet wood-fired pizza and salad selection or a full buffet lunch with non-alcoholic beverages.
The price is from FJ$747 per person and includes return air transfers and a van pickup and drop-off service from guests’ Denaurau or Nadi hotel or resort.

Castaway Island also offers a Flyaway to Castaway special which includes a one-way, scenic fifteen-minute helicopter transfer from Nadi Airport to Castaway Island for two adults when booking a minimum 5-night stay.
A one-way, add-on fee of FJ$400 for adults and FJ$240 for children (12 years and under) can be added for additional guests or utilised for return fares from Castaway Island to Nadi Airport.
