Close to 300 Travel Associates delegates and 46 suppliers attended the Travel Associates Showcase last weekend which is one of the brand’s most important events for connecting their preferred product partners with the TA adviser base. Travel Associates’ newly launched Cruise Boutique business was also a key focus of the event with representatives from brands including Azamara, Celebrity, APT and Seabourn in attendance.
Travel Associates is set for a stellar 2019/2020 with the introduction of its ‘Cruise Boutique’ concept, a business specialisation designed to offer clients absolute cruise expertise, curated cruise and travel experiences, and unrivalled service across 14 stores.
The Showcase agenda incorporated a guest speaker presentation by Ruth Larwill from Blooms, a charity Travel Associates has been a long-time supporter of, as well as product breakout sessions and one-on-one appointments. On Friday night, the welcome party was themed white with Azamara hosting a silent disco poolside. Saturday night’s farewell event, sponsored by Adventure World, was held at The Star’s Marquee nightclub and kicked on well into the night.
This was the sixth edition of the Travel Associates industry Partner Showcase.
