Located in the hotel Palais Hansen Kempinski, the chefs at EDVARD combine fresh and seasonal products with an Alpine and Mediterranean approach. Apart from high class sleeping, the 5-star hotel Das Central is known well beyond the borders of Tyrol for its excellence in the kitchen. In Sölden’s only 2-toque restaurant, Ötztaler Stube, the roots of original Tyrolean cuisine with that touch of international flair is brought to life every day.
