Spread from the Caribbean to Mexico, the luxury brand includes resorts such as Paradisus Palma Real, The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real and Paradisus Punta Cana (Dominican Republic), Paradisus Cancun, Paradisus Playa del Carmen’s La Perla, Paradisus Playa del Carmen La Esmeralda and Paradisus Los Cabos (Mexico) with future plans to open Paradisus Playa Mujeres in Mexico in 2020.

Paradisus brings a non-exhaustive list of luxury possibilities whether you are looking to upgrade a relaxing getaway (Royal Service) or make long memories for the whole family (Family Concierge). The adults-only Royal Service offers guest a space to reconnect with the nature and indulge in life-enriching moments with private butler service, privileged pools and specialty restaurants. Family Concierge offers the opportunity for adults and kids to reconnect and create everlasting memories, providing daytime family assistance, exclusive pool and beach areas and priority reservations for activities and restaurants.

The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real

Opened in December 2018, The Grand Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real is Meliá Hotels International’s newest venture into luxury experiences. This $110 million exclusive vacation experience features 288 expansive suite-style accommodations, seven restaurants and bars varying in cuisine and atmosphere, a full-service spa by Natura Bissé, a beach club with access to the famed Bavaro Beach, a family-friendly kids club and aqua adventure park, and a wellness facility with top-of-the-line gym equipment. Guests of The Grand Reserve can also gain access to The Reserve and Paradisus Palma Real which opens the door to an array of adventure opportunities during their Paradisus experience.

Designed in the shape of a circle to emulate the universal symbol of wholeness and perfection, The Grand Reserve boasts the most luxurious experience in Punta Cana with its brand-new accommodations. Ranging from 74 to over 278 square metres, suites contain either one- or two-bedrooms and offer an assortment of amenities including living and dining spaces perfect for family vacations, independent soaking tubs and walk-in showers for pure relaxation, and secluded balconies with hydro-massage whirlpool tubs and outdoor living spaces. One especially luxurious and unique part of the offerings is The Grand Reserve’s Swim-Up Suites which have direct access to a private pool surrounded by lush garden areas and a solarium.

Paradisus Los Cabos

Paradisus Los Cabos is the newest addition to the Paradisus by Meliá collection in Mexico as the brand’s fourth resort in the country and recently added member of The Leading Hotels of the World portfolio. The resort sits on close to six hectares with one of the only swimmable beaches in the Cabo corridor surrounded by stunning tropical gardens, a neighbouring private golf course (Cabo Real Golf Course) and picturesque mountains. Just 25 minutes from San Jose del Cabo International Airport, Paradisus Los Cabos is also home to one of the largest Convention Centers in the area, which debuted in spring 2017 with over 13,500 square feet of meeting space.

The luxury all-inclusive resort features 350 guestrooms including 98 Royal Service Suites, 30 Family Concierge Suites, and 28 Ocean View Swim-up Suites. Amenities for each category include the signature adult-only Royal Service with exclusive butler service, a Family Concierge that offers a tailored experience for families and children, four swimming pools, seven bars and seven restaurants serving a variety of international cuisines.

In line with the brand’s nature-centric outlook, Paradisus Los Cabos offers a special program for guests, designed to protect the endangered wildlife native to the Los Cabos region, most notably the Least Tern bird and local Leatherhead, Black and Olive Ridley sea turtles. The resort demonstrates its care for the local community and environment by offering guests an opportunity to connect with it directly and live out the sustainable philosophy of the resort and the Paradisus by Melia brand.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen

Located in the heart of the Mexican Rivera Maya and alongside its warm crystal blue waters, Paradisus Playa del Carmen offers world-class facilities, including modern and flexible meeting spaces with state-of-the-art technology, the signature YHI Spa and world class-dining. Comprised of four separate hotels under the same umbrella, Paradisus Playa del Carmen La Perla, Royal Service at Paradisus La Perla, Paradisus Playa del Carmen La Esmeralda and Family Concierge at Paradisus La Esmeralda, guests needn’t look any further to find everything they need. These luxury, all-inclusive resorts were designed for couples, families and friends alike and offer a wide variety of restaurants, bars, activities, entertainment and shows.

Guests travelling for cuisine, Paradisus Playa del Carmen can guarantee an exceptional dining experience. Between breakfast buffets and international gourmet restaurants, the property stands with over 20 different variations of on-property restaurant options. For an eco-conscious vacation, guests can opt to participate in the release of baby sea turtles and take part in this seasonal activity with the whole family. Guests can also feel at one with nature through eco-tours and tree planting activities on property. For families, Paradisus Playa del Carmen boasts an all-new waterpark with three pools, five water slides and water buckets.

To stay active throughout travel, Paradisus Playa del Carmen invites guests to take advantage of a wide range of leisure, entertainment, cultural and sports programs. Activities include stretching and exercise with on-property pilates, spinning and meditation classes, casual games of tennis on the property’s well-equipped tennis facilities, swimming, water aerobics or water volleyball in the pool.

Travel agencies can now use a great booking tool on to make bookings for up to 9 rooms in over 375 hotels in 43 countries with up to 20% commission in selected resorts. Bookings can be made at net rates or commissionable rates, with commission paid automatically immediately after the guests’ departure through HotelPaycom (available in around 140 hotels).

If travel agents require 10 rooms or more, an offer will be prepared by the company’s Group Desk for five different hotels within 24 hours. is translated into eight languages and is highly agent-friendly.

Travel agents can become professional Meliá experts by obtaining Meliá PRO certification and also get an extra 100 MeliáRewards points. Agents also get rates with up to 20% discount for their own private travel and receive points for individual and group bookings (two points for every euro) which they can then use for their own stays, gift vouchers or discounts in hotels and with over 40 MeliáRewards partners.
