Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley General Manager James Wyndham has announced his resignation from the ultra-luxury Blue Mountains resort after four years in the role. Wyndham had been with One&Only’s parent company, Kerzner International, for a further four years.
Wyndham said he and his family would be relocating overseas to “embark on our next adventure”.
Taking over at Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley as the new General Manager is Tim Stanhope. Stanhope has 30+ years’ experience in the hospitality sector, including stints in numerous corporate roles in Food & Beverage with Emaar, InterContinental Hotels Group and Shangri-La, before moving in to General Management. The former New Zealand professional cricketer has a long run sheet in F&B across Asia, the Middle East and Europe.

Most recently, Stanhope was General Manager of the luxury Address Montgomerie in Dubai.
Wyndham thanked One&Only’s trade partners for their “tremendous support over the years and for assisting us to position Emirates One&Only Wolgan Valley as one of the most unique and successful resorts in the Asia Pacific. I will take with me many great memories of my time in the valley.”
