Last month, 14 Travel Associates advisers experienced an eight-day, festive themed Romantic Rhine River Cruise hosted by Avalon Waterways National Account Manager Mitch Spencer. A dozen of the Travel Associates guests were part of the business’s Cruise Boutique brand, launched in the second half of 2019.
The fourteen Travel Associates agents and Travel Associates National Marketing Manager Adam Townson all experienced Avalon Waterways for the first time.
After setting off from Amsterdam, the crew sailed via Cologne, Koblenz, and Heidelberg in Germany via Strasbourg in northern France, and Breisach in Germany’s Black Forest before disembarking in Basel, Switzerland.
“The Avalon product corresponds perfectly with what the Travel Associates client is looking for: immersive experiences with a local flavour, and an in-depth look at local arts and culture in a luxury boutique environment,” remarked Adam Townson.
Travel Associates is set for a big 2020 after the introduction of its Cruise Boutique brand, showcasing absolute cruise expertise and unrivalled service across 14 Cruise Boutique stores in its total network of 100+ locations.
