Aqua Expeditions will launch its first online culinary masterclass, bringing refreshing and inspiring content from across Aqua’s destinations, on Wednesday 1 April.
Aqua Expeditions invites viewers to join its award-winning consulting chef for Aria Amazon and Aqua Nera, Pedro Miguel Schiaffino, as he will share a signature Peruvian ceviche and pisco sour recipe. Chef Pedro runs two of Lima’s most cutting-edge restaurants, Malabar and ámaZ.
His masterclass will show across Aqua Expeditions’ Facebook and Instagram, using Amazonian ingredients in Chef Pedro’s take on modern Peruvian cuisine. Onboard Aqua Expeditions’ vessels, Pedro sources 70% of all fresh ingredients from the Peruvian Amazon, pairing his food with fine South American wines.

Aqua Expeditions explores destinations rich in culture and wildlife aboard best-in-class vessels of stylish contemporary design. On board, Aqua Expeditions offers tailored five-star itineraries, a 1:1 crew-to-guest ratio with personalised service, cuisine by acclaimed chefs, and expert-guided adventure activities.
Aqua Expeditions currently operates river expeditions on the Amazon (Peru), the Mekong (Cambodia and Vietnam), and coastal yacht expeditions in Komodo National Park, Ambon, the Spice Islands and Raja Ampat.
Dates for further masterclasses will soon be revealed with Chef Benjamin Cross (Aqua Blu) and David Thomson (Aqua Mekong).
The telecast will be held on Wednesday 1 April, 1pm ET on both Facebook and Instagram, and can be viewed anytime post streaming.
