Luxury Cruise Showcase planned by CLIA

Four ultra-luxury cruise line presidents to speak with local trade

Calling all CLIA Members. Mark the diary. The ultra-luxury cruise sector’s big-wigs will be participating in a Luxury Cruise Showcase presented by Cruise Line International Association (CLIA), from 14 to 17 September.

The showcase will look at the latest insight into the future of luxury cruising and will feature interviews with the President and CEOs of Crystal, Tom Wolber; Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Jason Montague; Silversea Cruises, Roberto Martinoli; and the recently appointed President of Seabourn Cruise Line, Josh Leibowitz.

The distinguished panel will provide travel advisors with insight on how they’re confronting the challenges of the post-pandemic environment, provide an update on their global operations and will offer the opportunity to find out more about other exciting product developments in the ultra-luxe space.

Held each morning from 11am AEST, the schedule will begin with Wolber, followed by Montague, then Martinoli and wrapping up with Leibowitz on Thursday 17 September.

CLIA Members are invited to submit questions to the international speakers in advance – email questions to CLIA Australasia’s Marita Nosic at mnosic@cruising.org by Friday 21 August.

Following Thursday’s interview, there will be a LIVE panel session with the regional directors of each cruise line – Brigita Devries (Crystal), Lisa Pile (Regent Seven Seas Cruises), Adam Radwanski (Silversea) and Tony Archbold (Seabourn) – at 2pm AEST. This panel will offer a local perspective on how travel advisors can continue selling the luxury cruise experience with confidence.

Questions for the cruise line’s regional directors can be submitted online during the panel session on 17 September.
