A multimillion-dollar refurbishment of Fraser Suites Sydney has been completed of all 201 suites, including Deluxe Studio, One Bedroom, Two Bedroom and Penthouse Suites.
New bedheads, sofas, coffee tables, chairs, desks, carpet and decorative lights have been installed as part of the $4 million upgrade. The property also boasts original artwork and ergonomic workstations in every room with new smart televisions to be in place by year-end.
Fraser Suites Sydney pairs Sir Norman Foster’s timeless architecture of the striking 41-storey glass high-rise tower with a new modern luxe aesthetic from designers D’Cruz, the award-winning creatives behind the interiors when the property first opened in 2007.
The refurbishment is part of a wider redevelopment project over the past 12 months that reinforces Fraser Suites Sydney’s position as the city’s leading five-star hotel residences. The new-look rooms are complemented by the refreshed pool and gym facilities and updated meeting rooms featuring the latest InFocus smartboard technology.
Fraser Suites Sydney offers privacy and exclusivity with only seven apartments on each floor. The property is located in close proximity to the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Town Hall Station, Queen Victoria Building and bustling Chinatown eateries, making it perfect for short and long stay guests.
Frasers Hospitality’s global portfolio currently stands at more than 140 properties in over 70 cities across the world.
