Regent Seven Seas Cruises has rolled out additional tools and resources for travel advisors in Australia and New Zealand designed to help front-line sellers adapt to the evolving climate and enhance their professional skills. The new features build on RSSC’s Regent Forward online platform which debuted in May.
Lisa Pile, Vice President, Australia and New Zealand at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, said Regent Forward ensures agents are kept informed on the latest Regent news and have access to a bank of online resources in one location.
“Our latest round of initiatives is some of our most exciting yet, including an exclusive Regent Travel Partners Facebook Group, a collection of inspiring virtual events and an online BDM appointment booking service. We will continue to release new resources in the coming months to ensure that local travel advisors receive the support they need today, tomorrow and always from Regent Seven Seas Cruises,” Pile added.
Recently released Regent Forward trade initiatives include:
Regent Travel Partners AUNZ Facebook Group
Leveraging a new and engaging way to quickly communicate information to trade partners, the luxury cruise line has developed an Australia & New Zealand Travel Partners Facebook Group, which provides advisors with support directly from the Regent team, including access to the latest news, promotions and exclusive advance previews of upcoming campaigns. Book an appointment with Regent’s sales team online
This innovative new resource allows travel partners to easily book virtual meetings, phone calls or in-store visits with their sales team. Advisors can seamlessly book an appointment with a Regent team member and select their preferred time, date and any key topics they would like to discuss during the appointment for a 1:1 experience. Travel partners can book an appointment here.
Virtual Event Series for consumers
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has converted its successful consumer event series into an interactive virtual events platform. Guests can sit back and relax in the comfort of their own home and experience a taste of Regent’s luxurious and intimate fleet, highly personalised service, all-inclusive offering and diverse range of destinations. View the virtual event platform here.
‘Luxury Goes Exploring’ partnership news
To avoid email fatigue, Regent Seven Seas Cruises will be introducing a new hard copy newsletter dedicated to regularly engaging with its travel partners in a more traditional way. The print newsletter will include aspirational content and partner profiles, as well as information about Regent’s unique product offering and enticing range of destinations.
RegenTrade Hub AUNZ
In response to demand for greater e-learning and upskilling opportunities, Regent Seven Seas Cruises launched its RegenTrade Hub in New Zealand earlier this year, following its popularity in Australia. RegenTrade Hub is an online resource centre bringing together many of Regent’s easy-to-use assets in one place. Travel partners can access toolkits, downloadable customisable content, images, videos and more within the Hub, in addition to the luxury cruise line’s new training library.
The training library features a series of short and simple modules designed to help advisors develop their understanding of the Regent experience, or to refresh and enhance their existing knowledge. Consisting of videos and quizzes, each module can be completed in under ten minutes and rewards travel partners with two CLIA Accreditation Points for each module completed. Advisors simply need to upload their certificate to the CLIA Accreditation Profile when completed.
For travel partners who do not have dedicated marketing departments or designers, Regent Seven Seas Cruises has made promoting its incredible offering to their clients easy with Marketing Central. The online platform has an extensive library of brand approved assets ready to download, including logos, images, videos, social media assets, posters, customisable flyers and campaign toolkits. Interactive Direct Mail templates
Another seamless marketing solution for travel partners is Regent’s collection of Direct Mail templates. The fully customisable templates can be used to promote the luxury cruise line’s current offers, while also staying true to their agency’s individual branding.
Advisors can speak to their local Sales Team member for more information, or to request desired templates.
“In addition to these incredible initiatives available on our Regent Forward Platform, we are demonstrating our commitment to our travel partners by offering a series of enticing offers including our two-category suite upgrade to help drive client demand. We are also incentivising travel advisors alongside our generous commissions. This includes our current $500 Visa gift card offer, valid on all new bookings made by 30 September 2020,” Pile said.
“We highly encourage advisors to explore Regent Forward to see how they can expand their product knowledge and elevate themselves professionally,” concluded Pile.
