Abercrombie & Kent has revealed a new collection of private jet itineraries in Australia named A&K Air Safari.
The new product comes as the luxury travel company continues to focus its expertise at home.
A&K has developed three multi-destination trips, traversing South Australia and the Queensland Outback; Queensland and Western Australia; and Western Australia, South Australia and King Island.
A fourth safari includes a golf experience at Tasmania’s Barnbougle Golf Course, available ex Melbourne.
A&K has a long history of crafting unique private jet journeys globally. The pandemic has seen a necessary shift to highlight the unique attractions “right here on our doorstep”.
Guests will travel in a chartered Citation X aircraft, the world’s fastest midsize jet.
“Aimed at exclusive groups of friends and family, these eight-day air safaris are for no more than eight guests each departure,” A&K’s Regional Managing Director Australia and Asia Pacific, Sujata Raman said.
“The A&K Air Safari journeys cross state borders to combine the country’s most scenic and cultural attractions.”
“Our Journey Designers will tailor each one, working with the travelling party to secure dates that suit. Should the exact route not meet the guest’s needs then they will collaborate to design a bespoke journey that does”.
Pricing for each eight-day safari is between $25,000 and $34,000 per person, twin share (based on eight guests).
