Rapidly expanding boutique hotel group, The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts, will take over the operation of Anana Krabi Ecological Resort on the southern west coast of Thailand’s Phang-Nga bay from February 2021.
From then, the property will be branded as The Pavilions Anana Krabi.
The 59 key eco-resort is surrounded by Krabi’s famous limestone cliffs and greenery and truly focuses on wellness, sustainability and eco life.
‘The Farm, which supplies produce for the ‘farm to table’ restaurant, a farm café and vegan cooking school, uses the regenerative principles of composting and water conservation.
Guests can enjoy solar-powered long-tail boat tours of local mangrove rivers, a dedicated yoga & wellness centre which incorporates a fitness centre, yoga pavilions, sauna and steam rooms, and five spa treatment rooms including a Himalayan salt room.
The resorts sources the water for the 35m main pool from the neighbouring volcanic mountains, offering a silk-like swimming experience and unique minerals for the skin and body.
The Pavilions Anana Krabi’s four unique room types start at 32-square-metres. They will all have private balconies, complimentary mini-bar and espresso coffee machines. Spa and family suite types come with up to 55 square-metres of spacious living.
The Pavilions Anana Krabi will incorporate popular experiences from The Pavilions Brand, such as a 360° Bar for unbeatable sunset vistas and locally-sourced and flavoured food. In line with the hotel’s eco-sustainable title, The Pavilions Spa will feature southern Thailand inspired treatments and locally-sourced products.
The ‘farm to table’ restaurant will feature produce sourced from the resorts’ farm and local artisans; taking a leaf from The Pavilions Himalayas, the groups’ flagship eco-sustainable resort.
“We are thrilled to welcome Anana Krabi to The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts family and to expand further the eco-side of our brand, joining the Himalayas and Mongolia,” Gordon Oldham, Founder and Owner, The Pavilions Hotels & Resorts. said.
“The Pavilions Anana Krabi is in line with our mission and philosophy, and will add to our global offering of unbound experiences for the discerning traveller.”
“We envision guests will be seeking a sustainable and wellness orientated experience for their holiday in 2021 and beyond, and we are delighted to add another location for guests to experience the unexpected.”
