Silversea Cruises has reported “renewed interest” from travellers following the launch of the luxury cruise line’s largest ever program for 2022/23 in December, 2020.

“While 2020 posed unique challenges to those with a passion for travelling, the encouraging response to Silversea Cruises’ new 2022-2023 itineraries has affirmed the willingness of guests to discover the world once more,” Silversea said in a statement.

And interest is strong from both loyal-Silversea guests and new-to-Silversea customers.

Based on guest interest and predictions from Silversea’s destination experts, the cruise line has identified popular travel trends for 2022-2023, highlighting those destinations that are luring travellers with the recommencement of sailing.

Popular sailing regions include the Kimberley, Northern Europe, South America, Antarctica, Alaska, and the Mediterranean.

“We are excited to see strong interest in a diverse range of destinations, and are especially delighted to see encouraging indications from the members of our Venetian Society loyalty club that they are eager to travel again,” said Barbara Muckermann, Silversea’s Chief Marketing Officer.

“These fascinating places, both near and far, shine as beacons of light, inspiring travellers to start planning for their next adventure. With our largest-ever collection of itineraries including, for the first time, shore excursions and round-trip air on all voyages, we are pleased to offer the most convenient and value-rich options for travellers to discover the authentic beauty of the world like never before.”
