A&K expands collection of Luxury Expedition Cruises

Pent-up demand generates strong interest and new options for 2022/23

Abercrombie & Kent has ramped up its portfolio of Luxury Expedition Cruises for 2022/23 to 13 voyages, to destinations including Japan, the Baltic Sea, Italy, Greece, new expeditions around the British Isles and Indonesia, and the Kimberley.

These journeys, limited by A&K to no more than 148 guests, are led by an incomparable Expedition Team that includes archaeologists, botanists, ornithologists, geologists and historians.

Options include the;

Wonders of Japan Cruise: Cherry Blossom Season (22 March – 4 April, 2022)

A springtime itinerary with the chance to Japan’s cherry blossoms alongside a professional photographer. This itinerary spans five islands and includes 11 nights aboard Le Soleal, cruising from Osaka to Sapparo, with shore excursions to Hiroshima’s Peak Park, the Adachi Museum of Art and Kanazawa’s historic district.

Kimberley Cruise: Australia’s Last Frontier (6 May – 18 May, 2022)

Setting off aboard Le Laperouse from Broome, this voyage that combines one-of-a-kind wildlife with awe-inspiring scenery and vital indigenous culture. Guests can fly by helicopter over Mitchell Falls, spot crocodiles in the Hunter River and view the horizontal waterfall.

Cruising the Enchanted Isles: Scotland, Ireland & England (26 August – 8 September, 2022)

A&K has exclusively chartered Le Champlain for this voyage that explores the Orkney archipelago, rich in Viking heritage, and ancient sites such as the Ring of Brodgar and 5,000-year-old Skara Brae, one of Western Europe’s best-preserved Stone Age settlements.
