Celebrity Cruises has developed a new trade learning platform for agents in Australia and New Zealand to provide advanced training and selling tools.
Dubbed ‘Celebrity Learning’, the new learning platform is accessed via Celebrity Cruises’ trade portal, CruisingPower, and is centred on three guiding principles: Knowledge, Innovation and Immersion.
“We are thrilled to provide the opportunity for agents to immerse themselves in all things New Luxury with our new learning platform,” said Cameron Mannix, Celebrity Cruises Director of Sales Australia and New Zealand.
“Celebrity Learning is designed to equip our agents with the skills and knowledge to sell Celebrity Cruises to a diverse clientele, and we are confident the training will help our travel partners sell Celebrity holidays with more confidence and impact,” said Mannix.
Featuring guided selling scenarios and interactive elements, the program is designed to provide travel partners with the best ways to sell a Celebrity Cruise holiday to their clients.
Celebrity Learning comprises the pillars of: Destination, Design, Culinary, Accommodation, Service and Wellness. The concise training will take approximately four hours to complete, with graduates earning Onboard Coupons, priority access to events and inspections, and an accredited sticker and certificate.
To celebrate the new learning platform, Celebrity Cruises is offering agents who graduate in the first two months (by 31 October 2021), the chance to win 1 of 10 prizes, including a luxury cruise famil in Europe with airfare voucher.
