“With Los Angeles experiencing its largest downtown development boom in nearly a century, we believe 2022 is the right time to introduce such a dynamic hotel and exciting development to this cultural epicenter,” said Danny Hughes, Executive Vice President and President, Americas, Hilton.

Nils-Arne Schroeder, global brand head, Conrad Hotels & Resorts, commented: “We look forward to elevating the level of luxury hospitality in the destination next year with the opening of our first Conrad hotel in California and seeing the immersive cultural experiences at Conrad Los Angeles come to life for travelers and the local community.”

Conrad Hotels & Resorts operates 40 properties on five continents in destinations including New York, London, Istanbul and Hong Kong, however the luxury hotel brand is yet to arrive in Australia.
