Viking launches 2024 ocean cruises

Three popular Grand Voyages now open for reservations

Viking has opened for sale a selection of ocean cruises in Asia, Australia, New Zealand and Alaska departing up to April 2024, offered aboard Viking Orion.

Itineraries include Australian and New Zealand-favourites such as the 23-day North Pacific Passage from Tokyo to Vancouver via Russia and Alaska, the 15-day Far Eastern Horizons from Hong Kong to Tokyo and the 17-day Komodo & the Australian Coast sailing from Sydney to Bali.

New dates for three of Viking’s popular Grand Voyages have also been released which combine two or more itineraries in one seamless journey. They include:

  • 93-day Grand Pacific Explorer from Auckland to Vancouver, departing 13 February 2024. Visiting 13 countries, with 48 guided tours and overnight stays in 13 ports from Auckland to the Australian east coast, on to Asia, Russia and across to Alaska and onto Vancouver. Starting from AU$56,995 per person.
  • 79-day Australia, Asia and Alaska, from Sydney to Vancouver, departing 27 February 2024. Visiting 12 countries, with 39 guided tours and overnight stays in 13 ports starting in Sydney, up to Asia, Russia and across to Alaska and onto Vancouver. Starting from AU$46,995 per person.
  • 37-day Far East and Alaska from Hong Kong to Vancouver, departing 9 April 2024. Visiting 5 countries, with 19 guided tours. Commencing in Hong Kong, Taipei, Japan, Russia, Alaska and onto Vancouver. Starting from $21,995 per person.
