Eden Health Retreat in Queensland’s Currumbin Valley is offering a new seven-night program to welcome in a New Year of health and wellbeing for 2022.
Guests can now choose between seven-, four-, or three-night stays (or choose to experience an extended stay beyond one week) at Australia’s longest-running health retreat.
A winner of Australia’s Best Wellness Retreat at the World Spa Awards, Eden offers luxurious accommodation, whether it’s in one of the new architecturally designed cabins nestled into the hillside, complete with queen-size beds. Some cabins provide a reading nook, sunken bathtub and lounge area. Guests can relax by their own fireplace, or spend time on their balcony, enjoying the views of the Currumbin Valley. All cabins provide guests with the perfect place to relax and restore their mind and body.

Each program at Eden includes activities in the state-of-the-art yoga and Pilates pavilion, mouth-watering, organic wholefood meals provided by the kitchen and enjoyed in the dining area overlooking the rainforest and valley and indulgent treatments. The spa area also includes an infrared sauna, steam room and relaxation area.
The philosophy of Eden remains the same: “Eden continues to provide the best possible health and wellness retreat to our guests,” says General Manager Chris Van Hoof.
“We are encouraging our guests to disconnect from their daily digital lives and reconnect with their surroundings.”
“Guests are able to customise their bespoke package: whether it’s seven-days of relaxation, Pilates, yoga or boxing, or a mixture of exercises to help them achieve their health and wellness goals,” adds Van Hoof.
Programs are supported by rainforest walks, healthy, nutritious meals, mud baths and meditation.
Launching from 2 January 2022, the 7-night program runs Sunday-Sunday. Beyond 30 January, the 4-night program will be offered Sunday-Thursday and the 3-night program Thursday-Sunday.
Prices begin at $4,550 for a seven-night stay in a single cabin or $3,920 in a twin-share cabin.
