Insight Vacations has released its new 2022/23 Worldwide brochure featuring 133 itineraries and over 100 unique Insight Experiences across Europe, Northern Africa, the Americas and Asia.
Sister-brand under The Travel Corporation banner, Luxury Gold, has also unveiled its line-up of 41 journeys for 2022/23, spanning the Americas, Europe, Asia, South Africa, Australia and New Zealand.
Guests can experience smaller groups, enhanced well-being protocols including a specially trained Well-Being Director, and more immersive choices on every itinerary. On Luxury Gold journeys, a Travelling Concierge also joins guests throughout the itinerary, excluding Australia and New Zealand journeys.
Luxury Gold will also now operate with smaller numbers, with a maximum of 24 passengers on trips, down from the average of 28 in previous years.
Insight and Luxury Gold MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experiences now feature on every tour worldwide.
These experiences aim to advance 11 of the United Nations’ 17 Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) which positively impact the communities they visit. These experiences connect guests with people, the planet and wildlife and promote the values of sustainable tourism.
“Every moment of our premium tours is seamlessly planned, taking the complexity out of travel and give clients peace of mind to enjoy a magical experience from start to finish,” said Ulla Hefel Böhler, Global CEO of Insight Vacations.
“As well as seeing the great sights, guests create deep connections with themselves, family and friends, fellow humans and their destination, through our Insight Experiences and MAKE TRAVEL MATTER Experiences,” she said.
In Australia, Insight Vacations’ has already noticed a pick-up in business in terms of enquiries and bookings since the Morrison Government announced an end to the overseas travel ban.
“Now that international holidays are a real possibility for Australians, we have seen that Insight guests are already locking in their travel plans. Our timing for the launch of our 2022 and 2023 tours worked out incredibly well,” said Karen Deveson, Managing Director Australia for Insight Vacations and Luxury Gold.
“We urge clients to encourage their clients to lock in their preferred dates as soon as possible. As demand for international travel products such as touring, flights and accommodation increase, now is the time to secure the best price, departure dates and ideal tour.”
Destinations that are proving popular include Switzerland, Scandinavia, the UK and Canada.
Deveson told LATTE that Aussie travellers are booking longer duration trips than before the pandemic, and are opting for journeys that focus on one region or country, as opposed to multi-country itineraries.
For Luxury Gold, the top trips are currently the 9-day Majesty of the Rockies in Alberta and British Columbia in Canada, the 11-day Majestic Japan and the 12-day Ultimate Ireland trip.
