Oceania Cruises has revamped its Marketing Portal, providing travel partners in Australia and New Zealand with access to a more user-friendly and dynamic platform.
The new and improved online portal offers an extensive array of branded assets, campaign toolkits, a digital voyage calendar, and flyers and emails that can easily be personalised with associated partners’ logos and contact details.
“Oceania Cruises has used the pause in sailing to continue to evolve our series of trade initiatives for travel agents by completely overhauling our Marketing Portal. We have given it an exciting new look and feel and made assets even more accessible, as we are committed to providing our loyal partners with the right tools and resources they need to sell Oceania Cruises to their clients,” said Jason Worth, Vice President of Oceania Cruises, ANZ.

Responding to demand from advisors, new features include: a digital voyage calendar – a handy tool to assist agents with finding sailings for their clients; customisable emails and flyers that agents can effortlessly share with their customer database; banner ads and social media tiles; a new e-brochure section housing Oceania Cruises’ collections of destination-immersive itineraries and other resources for travel partners like the popular ‘Guide to Selling the Oceania Cruises Experience; branded Zoom backgrounds; and an enriching new webinar section featuring recent webinar content.
Together with these new inclusions, travel partners will find an enhanced image and asset library including additional video content; new destination images; in addition to itinerary maps and brand logos. The line has listened to requests from agents by providing access to even more stunning imagery, including its small, luxurious ships, onboard experiences and amenities, suites and staterooms, and its renowned culinary offering with The Finest Cuisine at Sea®.
Oceania Cruises will continue to upload marketing toolkits onto the portal in advance of upcoming campaigns to help partners with their marketing efforts. For additional assistance, travel partners can access the Contact/Support tab found on the Marketing Portal.
