Middle Eastern real estate development company, Select Group, has revealed plans to open the first Six Senses hotel and branded residences in the United Arab Emirates.
Six Senses The Palm, Dubai will consist of a 60-key hotel and 162 ultra-luxury branded residences, located on the Cresent between the W Dubai – The Palm and Jumeirah Zabeel Saray.
The hotel element will feature restaurants, bars, a gym, spa, kids club, wellness facilities, and dedicated beach space.

Construction for the property is earmarked to commence this month, with a targeted completion date of Q4 2024.
