NYC & Company, New York City’s destination marketing organisation and convention & visitors bureau, has reappointed The Walshe Group as the representative agency for Australia and New Zealand, handling sales, marketing, travel trade and public relations in the region, effective this month.
The Walshe Group, with its head office in Sydney, has been the local representative agency for NYC & Company since 2014. It will continue to work with the tourism office to strengthen New York City’s reach as a primary brand and destination for travellers from Australia and New Zealand.
Reginald Charlot, NYC & Company’s, Managing Director, Tourism Market Development, said: “NYC & Company have enjoyed a lengthy and rewarding relationship with The Walshe Group as our Australia and New Zealand representatives.
