Seabourn has stepped in to offer assistance to guests impacted by the temporary pause of Crystal’s global ocean, expedition and river operations. Crystal’s suspension currently impacts ocean and expedition voyages – which Seabourn also specialises in – until April 2022.
“We are sad to see these developments for the Crystal brand as it impacts our whole industry,” Seabourn said, adding, “We also recognise this creates a major disruption and disappointment for your clients’ holiday plans and your business.”

As a lifeline to those Crystal passengers with bookings made before 23 January 2022, Seabourn has provided a “special opportunity” to sail with them this year, providing a 15% discount off the base fare. Additionally, guests taking up the offer whose booking is outside the final payment due date will not be required to pay a deposit on their alternative Seabourn sailing.
The offer is valid on all Seabourn departures, excluding full Grand and World voyages, the inaugural sailings of Seabourn Venture and Seabourn Pursuit, and Northeast and Northwest Passage sailings.

To take up the offer, travel advisors will need to provide a confirmation of their deposited or paid in full booking with Crystal within seven-days of booking with Seabourn.
The promotion is only available for new Seabourn bookings made before 31 May 2022. Seabourn also highlights that the offer is capacity controlled and may be withdrawn at any time.

Travel advisors will be required to use the ‘DY’ code when contacting Seabourns reservations, and can forward a copy of their client’s Crystal reservation to general.enquiries@seabourn.com.au.
