Positioned between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, the hotel element will occupy the tallest of three “Jewel” towers, providing direct beachfront access – the first new resort in over 30 years to do so.

“Opening our first beachfront property in one of the world’s most desirable travel destinations is an incredible milestone, giving Australians and international travellers a new luxury resort experience through The Langham lens,” said Jeffrey van Vorsselen, Regional Vice President, Operations – Pacific & South East Asia.
The Langham, Gold Coast features 17 types of rooms and suites with ocean and hinterland views.
“The Langham, Gold Coast will bring together Langham’s global expertise in luxury hospitality and gastronomic dining with an iconic Gold Coast oceanfront location to provide a unique, one-of-a-kind hotel and dining and events experience,” said John O’Shea, General Manager of The Langham, Gold Coast.

“The team have been working hard behind closed doors to add the final sparkling touches to the hotel and now, we can’t wait to welcome our very first guests into what will be a new era of luxury for the Gold Coast and beyond.”
Guests will be welcomed with a modern coastal palette, the signature Langham Service Stylist and Ginger Flower fragrance and artwork by globally-celebrated Australian sculptor and artist, Camie Lyons.
The property features a pool bar and food and beverage venues including Palm Court, 26 & Sunny and Akoya. Later in the year, the hotel will welcome T’ang Court – a sister venue to the internationally renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as Coral Moon the open-air destination bar and Chuan Spa, a holistic wellness concept which embraces the centuries-old healing philosophies of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).

Patricia O’Callaghan, CEO Destination Gold Coast said The Langham is the latest jewel in the burgeoning crown of Gold Coast’s luxury offering.
“The Langham is a globally recognised tourism brand that will elevate the luxury offering of our destination,” O’Callaghan said.
“The brand-new hotel will offer visitors a sophisticated, 5-star resort experience with sincere service, elegant design and jaw-dropping views across the Pacific Ocean and Gold Coast Hinterland,” she added.
The Langham, Gold Coast joins sister Australian properties in Sydney and Melbourne.
