Léa Seguier has recruited Craig Farrell to oversee and promote her collection of pure luxury properties from around the world to the Australian market.
Farrell is no stranger to high-end travel and tourism products, and joins Seguier after nearly 10 years in the five-star segment, working across brands including Silversea, Scenic and most recently as the National Business Development Manager for French ultra-luxury expedition cruise operator Ponant for more than 5 years.

Seguier is an Australia-based sales representative for unique travel experiences and luxury hotels. Operating from Sydney, she is a sales ambassador to some of the most luxurious properties around the globe.
Together, Seguier and Farrell have created a new arm of her self-titled business, named ‘La Collection”. Within La Collection are brands and properties including the Domaine de Murtoli, Myconian Collection, The Belles Rives, the Domaine de Fontenille, the Alpina Gstaad, le Domaine des Etangs, along with preferred partners: Hotel du Cap Eden Roc and Château St Martin.
Based in Melbourne, Farrell joins Seguier as Co-Director of La Collection, in the position of Executive Director, and is the local Sales point of contact in Australia and New Zealand for those brands.
Seguier remains personally the sole and exclusive representative of her founding accounts: Singita and La Reserve Hotels.
“I’m so excited to join Lea in representing some of the best properties in the world. I have admired Lea’s business for years so when the opportunity arose to partner, I jumped at the chance,” Farrell remarked.
“We see huge potential to expose our hotel partners to a wider audience, and to expand the portfolio. We now have a footprint in Sydney and Melbourne which is a big advantage,” Farrell noted.
Having worked in France and Australia for top hotel collections including Belmond, Shangri-La, Oetker Collection and La Reserve, Seguier has gradually built a unique and select portfolio of luxury hotels over the years.
“I’ve been driven by my passion for our luxury industry,” she said. “At one point I needed support and Craig happened to be the ideal candidate. I’m so happy to have him on board.
“Craig has a lot of experience, he’s creative, passionate and we share the similar values. I’m excited about our venture,” Seguier said.
Both Seguier and Farrell will work jointly on the expansion of the portfolio and continue to look after valued trade partnerships in the region.
