Viking has confirmed dates for the first round of its 2022 information sessions in Sydney on 22 June and Brisbane on 7 July 2022.
The complimentary Viking Explorer Sessions are an opportunity for agents and their clients to learn about Viking’s showcase of river, ocean and expedition voyages.

Designed for new-to-Viking guests, seasoned Viking travellers, and travel agents, guests and agents can learn what makes Viking uniquely different, what’s new for 2022 and beyond. Viking experts will be on hand to answer any questions and exclusive special booking offers will be available on the day.
With seven information sessions to choose from, each covering a specific Viking experience, guests will have the opportunity to interact with like-minded guests and ask questions specific to their situation.
“2022 is a huge year for Viking, as we launch 11 new ships and three new destinations. So it’s a wonderful opportunity for our valued agents to bring their clients and come along themselves to learn about everything new in the world of Viking,” said Michelle Black, Viking Managing Director ANZ.
Black added that forward bookings across ocean, river and expedition are strong and healthy as guests are looking forward to making up for lost travel time over the past three years.
“There’s a real appreciation for the ability to travel and explore the world once again. And for those wanting to travel this year, we have some fantastic limited-time offers still available for river and ocean cruising in 2022,”Black added.
The Explorer Sessions will be hosted at::
- Sydney – Wednesday 22 June 2022, Sheraton Grand Sydney, Hyde Park
- Brisbane – Thursday 7 July 2022, Emporium Hotel
