O‘ahu

Mugen (pronounced Moog-en) is a French-Japanese dining concept that is elevating Hawaii’s status as a destination for culinary travel. Mugen, which means infinity in Japanese, provides countless opportunities for an unmatched culinary experience, including a celebrated beverage program. In addition to the carefully curated fine dining menu, you’ll find a rare collection of wines, spirits and beers, many exclusive to the restaurant.


Miro

Miro Kaimuki

Chef Chris Kajioka debuts a new restaurant in partnership with San Francisco-based chef Mourad Lahlou, called Miro Kaimuki.

The restaurant is located in the space which formerly housed Honolulu’s venerable Café Miro for 23 years. Chef Trevor Webb, formerly of popular Los Angeles restaurant Kismet, will be the Chef de Cuisine. Similar to its predecessor, Miro Kaimuki features a French-inspired menu punctuated with Japanese flavours and techniques. TA Honolulu native, Chris received his formal training from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY where he earned his degree in culinary arts.

Senia invites everyone entering their doors to gather around a table and share a meal in friendship. The name is a play on the word “xenia”, the ancient Greek ideology of hospitality where strangers and friends alike were treated with the same regard. The regional American cuisine celebrates Hawaii’s abundance of beautiful ingredients and showcases the gastronomic possibilities that result when diverse cultures and multi-discipline culinary training intersect. The kitchen team is led by Senia’s founding Chef/Owner, Anthony Rush.


Highway Inn

Highway Inn | Hawaiian Restaurant & Hawaiian Food Catering, since 1947

Chef Masaharu Morimoto uses locally sourced ingredients in a distinct culinary style that blends Western and Japanese traditions.


Lahaina Grill

Opened in 1990 as a little 55-seat bistro off Lahaina’s thoroughfare called Front Street, and almost 20 years later Lahaina Grill has garnered international-acclaim as a culinary Mecca—these days, it’s sometimes difficult to book one of the restaurant’s 130 seats! Lahaina Grill features cuisine using techniques and flavours from around the world with the freshest ingredients from Maui’s local farms, dairies and surrounding waters.
