Designed by acclaimed local architects Cottee Parker, the apartments have been created to meet the needs of independent travellers wanting the practical comforts of home with the convenience of a world-class resort.
Jessica Mellor, Chief Operating Officer of The Star Gold Coast says the opening of The Star Residences “marks a huge milestone in the expansion of The Star Gold Coast and introduces an entirely new world of possibilities for leisure and corporate travellers.”

“Whether you’re a family looking for a longer-term holiday destination or travelling to the Gold Coast for business, our new serviced apartments provide the best of both worlds – the convenience of home amenities, plus a full suite of bars, restaurants and entertainment on your doorstep.”
“We’ve already seen fantastic pick-up of the new apartment-style offering with our first short-term guests checking into their apartments today, and a strong pipeline of bookings.”
Each light-filled apartment offers sweeping views of the Gold Coast cityscape, hinterland, or Broadbeach coastline, and features a fully functioning kitchen, laundry facilities, high-quality Wi- Fi and living room to make guests feel right at home.
For those travelling for work, a selection of the apartments includes a dedicated study to create the ideal beachside “working from home” setup, while those looking to get away with young kids can easily access cots, high chairs and rollaway beds upon request.
Alongside access to The Star’s range of award-winning restaurants, bars, and leisure spaces, guests of The Star Residences can also enjoy a dedicated private recreation deck on Level 20.
A private haven, the Level 20 recreation deck offers guests a resort-style pool, complete with sun lounges and a spa to take in views of the city or relax with a great book. A sauna, steam room, fully equipped gym, and yoga and pilates studio invites guests to recharge and revitalise. While for those looking to truly experience the Australian lifestyle, casual eating areas, outdoor cooking facilities and private dining rooms for hire make communal dining a breeze.
