“Our biggest aim is to support our trade partners with the information they need to sell an MSC Cruise – there are so many partners who have changed businesses or not sold a cruise in over 18 months. What a great opportunity to refresh their skills in the run up to what we hope will be a really successful wave season,” said Lisa Teiotu, Commercial Director for MSC Cruises Australia.

Each module is designed to take 10 to 15 minutes to complete, covering key information to help agents share with their clients the reasons to book an MSC Cruise.

A final exam will be taken by agents at the end of their training. Upon completion participants receive an MSC Masters diploma, as a sign of recognition for each trade partner completing their modules.

The first 200 travel partners to complete the MSC Masters e-training program by 12 August 2022 will receive a $100 Gift Card, of their choice. In addition, five $50 Gift Cards will be on offer to win until 31 December 2022 (ie. one per month).

Benefits for completing the MSC Masters e-training program include priority invitations to onboard events when ships are in Australia and New Zealand, priority for familiarisations, exclusive promotions, and exclusive discounts for leisure travel.

CLIA member agents will also receive 10 points upon completion of the MSC Masters e-training program.

MSC Masters can be accessed via MSC Book. Enrolments will open on 11 July for e-training commencing 12 July.
