Mary Gostelow, LATTE‘s weekly columnist and industry icon, has been recognised on the global stage, named in the International Hospitality Institute’s 100 Most Powerful People in Global Hospitality.
The International Hospitality Institute bills those on its manifest as “change makers and influencers for their work in promoting the global hospitality industry”.

She is Editorial Director of daily insider girlahead.com, and has a daily TikTok covering hotels of the world. Her industry-leading Mary Gostelow Girlahead Podcast is now reaching over 39,000 followers in 152 countries. Every week she reaches 70,000 HNW financial consumers worldwide via Mary Gostelow Breakfast Club (Enness Lifestyle, for whom she is Global Ambassador). She is also Global Ambassdor for ILTM, whose annual Lifetime Award is named in her honour.
Gostelow also shares her expert accommodation and experience reviews, recounts and event analysis for LATTE, on a weekly basis.
This latest accolade entrenches Gostelow alongside the likes of The Travel Corporation’s President and Founder of Red Carnation Hotels, Beatrice Tollman; Aman Resorts’ CEO Vladislav Doronin; Oberoi Group’s Executive Chairman, Prithvi Raj Singh Oberoi; Preferred Hotel & Resorts CEO, Lindsey Ueberroth; Carnival Cruise Lines’ President, Christine Duffy; outgoing CEO of the US Travel Association, Roger Dow; and Marriott International’s Chairman of the Board, David Marriott, alongside CEO, Anthony Capuano.
Girlahead also finds herself in the esteemed company of potty-mouthed celebrity chef, Gordon Ramsay (Hell’s Kitchen) and Italian-American chef, writer and TV personality, Giada Pamela De Laurentiis.

A humble Gostelow said she was “honoured” to be included in IHI’s 100 Most Powerful People in Global Hospitality.
“Thank you, IHI, and I pledge to keep on promoting and spreading the word of what a great life true hospitality is,” Mary said on LinkedIn.
