The Travel Junction launches Thailand incentive for advisors

TAT, Centara and Cross Hotels & Resorts onboard five-week campaign

The Travel Junction has launched a cooperative campaign with the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Centara Hotels & Resorts and Cross Hotels & Resorts.

Effective 1 September and running through until 07 October 2022, travel advisors booking any of the 10 participating Centara Hotels & Resorts and Cross Hotels & Resorts will earn them up to 15% commission, for travel and stays until 31 October 2023. Offered exclusively through The Travel Junction’s HELiO platform, travel advisors will have access to the best-curated journeys; tailor-made packages and exclusive resort offers across Thailand.

Each participating hotel and resort will extend a complimentary one-hour spa treatment for up to two guests, per stay in conjunction with three-night minimum stays at Cross Hotels and five-night minimum stays at Centara Hotels. In addition, the advisor with the highest Thailand sales during the campaign period will be rewarded with return flights for two to Thailand with Thai Airways International, along with four nights at Cross Hotels Vibe Bangkok and four nights at Centara Grand Phuket.

The campaign and incentive offer reinforces The Travel Junction’s commitment to encouraging Australian travel to the destination to support Thailand – especially now there are no arrival or pre-departure restrictions for Australian travellers. It also coincides with TAT’s focus on experiential luxury and wellness travel with visitors having a meaningful and immersive exchange with the destination and environment.

Launching the campaign with The Travel Junction, Sherly Handjojo, Marketing Manager for the Tourism Authority of Thailand said: “Thailand is ready and open to welcome back visitors from across the world – particularly Australia.

“Pre-pandemic, Thailand, like many destinations was suffering from over-tourism, so the country used the break in tourism as a time to reset and relook at how they wanted tourism to sustain. As a result, there have been some new initiatives over the past couple of years – including our renewed focus on luxury and wellness experiences,” she said.
