Ponant has released a new brochure centred wholly on Luxury Expeditions and Yacht-Style Voyages for March to November 2023. There are more than a dozen brand-new itineraries, 14 sailings billed as ‘Kid’s Club’ departures in the Mediterranean, six Music themed journeys, and a mix of one-off Wine & Gastronomy, History and Geopolitics focused cruises.
The guide provides an atlas of destinations and discovery of some of the company’s most exceptional itineraries, from the polar cap to the outback.
The brochure highlights Ponant’s most in-demand itineraries including those across the Arctic and American Far North, Northern Europe and Atlantic, Mediterranean, the Kimberley, Japan, and Polynesia.

Showcasing 180 departures there are 13 new itineraries, 28 polar and 24 tropical luxury expeditions. Most of the fresh sailings are voyages operated aboard Le Bougainville (in the Mediterranean) and Le Soleal (in Asia and Japan), which could potentially be the hand back of chartered departures from a luxury travel company.
Among the new itineraries are:
- an 18-day expedition aboard Le Commandant Charcot – ‘In the ice of the Arctic, from Greenland to Svalbard‘ – cruising from Reykjavik to Longyearbyen, departing 22 June 2023;
- a 15-day Arctic cruise – ‘Greenland & Canada via Saint Pierre and Miquelon‘ – from Reykjavik to Toronto aboard Le Bellot on 20 August 2023;
- and a 21-day South America cruise – ‘Napoleon Bonaparte: history and heritage‘ from Dakar to Santos aboard Le Lyrial on 14 October 2023.

The brochure is available to order and can be viewed online here.
