Seabourn Venture, the first of two purpose-built expedition ships delivered to Seabourn and currently sailing off the West coast of Greenland, offers 132 contemporary-style oceanfront suites. Having previously taken a closer look at the public spaces, and restaurants, lounges and bars, this week, LATTE turns our focus to the accommodation varieties aboard the ship, including an all-new suite type – the Panorama Veranda Suite.
Nothing prepares a Seabourn guest for an adventure like a luxurious night’s sleep, and to further that goal, the suite collection of Seabourn Venture is designed to comfort and inspire.
Parchment-inspired wall panels finished with digitally printed wall laminate material and curvilinear arch design elements reflect bygone maritime craftsmanship. Custom bedside panels have toggle switches, an analog clock, and a foldaway reading lamp, while carpeting displays organic shapes and furniture features wood frames, exposed rivet details, and bronze inlays.
Wool blankets are also custom-designed, and throws on couches are made of soft, fine-textured, sustainably-sourced cashmere of the highest quality. The wardrobe is a “heat jacket,” for drying outdoor parkas speedily, and spacious bathrooms have a separate shower and bathtub with bronze fittings.

Two-storey Grand Wintergarden Suite
Deck 7
Suites 733/735 and 734/736 (located mid-ship)
130 sqm, including 19 sqm veranda
Perfect for extended families and friends looking to share their travel experiences, the Grand Wintergarden provides the ultimate in accommodations. A brand new suite layout for Seabourn, this expansive apartment-style suite stretches over two decks and is located midship.
With the entry on Deck 7 opening to seamless double-height views and a generous lower-level living area that is large enough for entertaining with a dining table for four, separate guest bath, and pantry with wet bar stocked with a customised selection of spirits including a bottle of coveted Shackleton Blended Malt Scotch Whiskey, which is based on the spirit supplied to the 1907 British Antarctic Expedition, expertly crafted using a selection of the finest Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskies. The lower level also features a second bedroom and bathroom with separate tub and shower.
A staircase leading to the upper level takes guests to the master bedroom with a queen-sized Duxiana Axion 15 adjustable high-performance sleep system positioned to face expansive windows, allowing guests to soak in the abundant scenery and vistas beyond. The upper level also features an expansive wall of closets, along with advanced technology including a roll-up LG OLED TV that tucks away to preserve the views to the world outside. Guests will find a separate walk-in closet adjacent to the five-piece bathroom complete with a whirlpool spa tub and separate shower.
Wintergarden Suite guests will also be able to enjoy wildlife and vista spotting using a Swarovski ATX Interior spotting scope. The tripod-mounted scope, with its 25-60×85 lens capability, is offered for use in-suite while onboard and provides a unique perspective to the world outside via tried-and-tested optics.
The entertainment experience in the Wintergarden suite features a high-end Bang & Olufsen Beolab 5 speaker system and Bang & Olufsen H4 Bluetooth headphones for guest use onboard.
Signature Suite

Suites 832 and 833 (near the stern of the ship)
128 sqm, including 55 sqm veranda
The Signature Suite is the perfect accommodation for the adventurer who prefers an indoor/outdoor lifestyle. Each of these two available suites, located on Deck 8, features a foyer entry opening to an inviting living area with a high-definition TV, dining table for four, guest bath, and pantry with wet bar, while a series of large windows wash the suite with natural light. The separate bedroom features a queen-sized bed, makeup vanity, generous closet space, and a glass door leading to a large curved veranda that includes its own canopied whirlpool spa tub, sun loungers, sofa, and chairs. A five-piece bathroom with a separate shower and tub rounds out the suite.
Wintergarden Suite

97 sqm, including 12 sqm veranda
The Wintergarden Suite includes the same features as the Grand Wintergarden without the additional bedroom and full bathroom on the lower level.
Owners Suite

Located forward, each of the two Owners Suites on Seabourn Venture offers commanding views of the ship’s course and the world beyond. As guests enter, a large closet provides the perfect place to store gear and personal belongings. The suites embrace expedition travelers in a comfortable living area with high-definition TV, writing desk, and dining table for two, perfect for meals in-suite at any time of day. A glass door leads to a curved veranda with sun loungers and a table for four, making it an ideal place to share stories with fellow guests.
The separate bedroom with queen-sized bed has its own high-definition TV, a large window, makeup vanity, and a walk-in closet. The five-piece bathroom is designed with multiple doors that can create a half-bath, and also features a separate shower and bathtub.
Penthouse Suite

49 sqm, including 9 sqm veranda
Each of the Penthouse Suites affords a sophisticated environment that includes a living area with dining table for two to enjoy in-suite dining at any time of day, high-definition TV, large windows that bring in plenty of natural light, a sliding glass door to the private furnished veranda, and makeup vanity. A separate bedroom that can be closed off from the rest of the suite has its own high-definition TV and is adjacent to a marble-lined bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. Penthouse Suites also come with a convenient Nespresso machine with a variety of coffee choices.
Penthouse Spa Suite

The Penthouse Spa suite is the accommodation of choice for the traveler who would like to stay near the onboard spa & wellness facilities. This suite features the same amenities as the Penthouse Suite along with added in-suite spa amenities in conjunction with Spa & Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil for the guest with wellness in mind, including a selection of blossoming teas and fresh juices.
Panorama Veranda Suite

A new for Seabourn suite category featuring a semi-circular living area with comfortable seating and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows providing guests a spectacular perspective of the world outside including sweeping views from their suite. A queen-sized bed or twin beds are also oriented to face the windows, allowing guests to enjoy views of beautiful scenery and gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.
The bathroom features a separate shower and large soaking tub placed next to a window, providing relaxing views to the private furnished veranda and scenic outdoor landscapes.
Veranda Suite, 5 categories

The most plentiful suite category found on Seabourn ships, the veranda suite has all the luxuries for guests to make this their home away from home. Veranda suites include a separate seating area with a coffee/dining table for two, which is ideal for in-suite dining at any time of day. A queen-sized or two twin beds, spacious walk-in closet with ample room for a traveler’s wardrobe, and sliding glass door leading to a private furnished veranda round out the accommodations.
Veranda Spa Suite

These two suites feature the same amenities as the Veranda Suite and include additional in-suite spa amenities and spa concierge service available in conjunction with Spa & Wellness with Dr. Andrew Weil, including a selection of blossoming teas and fresh juices, perfect for guests who enjoy healthy doses of relaxation and rejuvenation.
