Regent Seven Seas Cruises welcomed 40 home-based and retail travel advisors in Sydney to a Masterclass on Creating Luxury Clientele From Your Existing Database.
Leading the Masterclass was Elsa McLean, Business Development Manager – Home-Based Advisors and Loyalty Ambassador.
Held on 27 September, the session provided a wonderful opportunity for the frontline sellers and Regent Seven Seas Cruises executives to spend time together and focus on travel trends, the value of all-inclusive luxury cruising and the pent-up demand for unique, memorable experiences.
As an added bonus, all attendees will received 5 CLIA accreditation points for taking part in the training session.
