Oceania Cruises hosted 12 top-producing travel advisors in NSW at Sydney’s Altitude Restaurant, on the 36th floor of the Shangri-La, for the Oceania Cruises Wine Connoisseur Pairing Lunch earlier this week.
Led by “The Wine Man”, and leading Australian sommelier Peter Bourne, the unique culinary experience will be offered aboard Oceania Cruises’ newest ship Vista, which its debuts in May 2023.
Jason Worth, Vice President Australia & New Zealand said: “This exclusive experience was our way of rewarding our top performing travel partners in New South Wales for their hard work and commitment to Oceania Cruises this year.”
Connoisseur Wine Pairing Lunches will be another addition to Vista with two carefully crafted epicurean journeys to choose from. Menus include five different Mediterranean-influenced dishes paired with a premium range of wines. The head sommelier along with bar, restaurant and galley teams, will explain each course pairing concept and their flavour profiles.
