Uniworld opens bookings for 2024 Rivers of the World trip

Four luxury voyages in Peru, Europe and Vietnam over 55-nights

Uniworld Boutique River Cruises has opened bookings to Australian and Kiwi travellers first for its previously flagged 2024 Rivers of the World itinerary.

The new 55-night itinerary, which was flagged by Uniworld President Ellen Bettridge in August as a 54-day trip during a visit to Sydney, will operate from Lima to Saigon, departing on 3 October 2024.

The 2024 Rivers of the World trip encompasses three continents, 10 countries and cruising aboard four luxury ships including either Aqua Expeditions’ Aqua Nera or Aqua Amazon. Limited to just 68 travellers, the itinerary is priced from AU$91,099pp twin share all-inclusive.

“At Uniworld, we always have innovation top of mind and strive to continuously take steps forward in fresh and exciting ways,” Bettridge said this week. “We’re so proud to present our latest ‘Rivers of the World 2024’ itinerary, our longest and most action-packed sailing to date with incredible exclusive experiences in Peru, Brazil, Europe, and Southeast Asia. It’s an itinerary like no other and will be the holiday of a lifetime with surprises at every turn.”

“We are offering our Rivers of the World 2024 cruise only to Australian and New Zealand guests before we launch in other markets. We know that Aussie and Kiwi travellers prefer long itineraries and a desire to go big with their travel plans in 2024. People are seeking out interesting and new itineraries, so we want them to have first and exclusive access.

“I do encourage guests to book early as there is very limited availability and we know something this unique and extravagant voyage will sell fast,” said Alice Ager, Managing Director of Uniworld Australia & NZ.

The ancient Roman aqueduct, Pont du Gard in France, will be a highlight of the trip.
