Pandaw going deeper into the Mekong

New 10-day expedition into the Mekong Delta launching in 2023

Pandaw has unveiled details of a new 10-night Deeper and Further on the Mekong River voyage will launch from October 2023.

Cruising on the refurbished 24-berth Mekong Pandaw, the itinerary will operate between Saigon and Siem Reap, with guests boarding the vessel in My Tho. Port calls include Sa Dec, Tan Chau to visit markets and monks respectively, Chau Doc, Phnom Penh, Angkor Ban, Chhalong, Koh Trong Island and more.

“This pioneering route provides a fresh and exciting new opportunity for intrepid travellers to explore much more of the waterways between Vietnam and Cambodia and visit truly off-the-beaten-track destinations,” Pandaw said.

Mekong Pandaw has been retrofitted with a spa, library and ship and is the most spacious of all Pandaw’s ships, featuring a promenade around each deck.

Pre- and post-cruise extensions, including explorations of Hoi An from Saigon and Angkor from Siem Reap are also available.

The first departure – offered exclusively to past Pandaw’s ‘Members Club’ loyalty scheme members on a first-in, first-served basis – is slated for 15 October 2023 and priced from AU$7,085 per person twin share.

Another 11 departures of the same itinerary will operate from late October 2023 through to early March 2023, priced from AU$7,282 per person twin share.
