Mode Kitchen & Bar is set to welcome every mother with a three-course lunch buffet on Sunday, 14 May 2023, from noon to 3:00 pm. The lunch includes an antipasto buffet featuring charcuterie, seafood salad, chickpea fritters, and much more, followed by seasonal main courses such as pan-roasted kingfish with Jarvis Bay mussels, potato gnocchi with duck ragu, and a slow-roasted lamb shoulder. The meal ends on a sweet note with a choice of desserts such as purple pavlova or Valrhona chocolate mousse. All mums will also receive a beautiful coin purse from the famous Australian fashion designer Camilla, valued at AU$70.
