David Brandon, Managing Director of Savenio, joined his senior travel advisors in Mykonos and Santorini recently for a seven-day famil in the Greek Islands, hosted by La Collection’s Craig Farrell.
The group was treated to four nights at the newest Myconian Collection property – O – located at the picturesque Ornos Beach, around five minutes from Mykonos Town.

While on Mykonos the Savenio team visited the island’s southern beaches and beach clubs via a 900-horsepower speed boat, enjoyed a night out at Hippie Fish restaurant as well as Scorpios Beach Club, located near Myconian Ambassador.
Brandon and his team were unable to pinpoint a favourite among the 11 Myconian Collection properties, but Myconian Utopia, and Royal Myconian did seem to fit the bill of a lot of clients, along with the locations of O and Ambassador.
The next stop was Santorini after a hydrofoil trip from Mykonos, which was seamless despite some wind. Home for three nights on Santorini was Andronis Arcadia, located a five-minute walk to the centre of bustling Oia. At Arcadia, the Savenios enjoyed a spa session, a mixology class, and plenty of time to enjoy private pools, which all rooms at the property have.

The group tried their hand at a cooking class hosted by sister property Andronis Concept – there was definitely a culinary theme on this fam trip – dinner in a 400-year-old wine cave located at Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort followed an incredible sunset from private villa Nafsika Estate, complete with champagne and canapes.
While on Santorini the group also visited Mystique, a Luxury Collection Hotel, which along with Vedema, a Luxury Collection Resort, and Nafsika Estate, are represented in Australia by La Collection.
