Fresh from the launch of the Sir Paul Smith Suite at Brown’s Hotel in London in February, the Nijinsky Suite at Hotel de Russie in Rome in May, and the opening of Villa Igiea in Sicily this June, Rocco Fort Hotels has announced a further two property openings for 2024, and one for 2025. Sharing details of the highly-anticipated launches at ILTM (International Luxury Travel Market) Asia Pacific event in Singapore in June, representatives told key media and industry insiders what they could expect from the new locations.
The Carlton, Milan 2024
The Carlton will be the brand’s fourth Italian property and its first in Milan, and is set to open in 2024. The five-star hotel overlooks the famed shopping street, Via della Spiga, and will have 70 rooms and suites, a spa, a rooftop bar, and a restaurant. The property was previously flagged in LATTE in 2020.
Rocco Forte House, Milan 2024
Following the success of Rocco Forte House Rome, Rocco Forte House Milan will open in 2024, designed by Paolo Moschino and Philip Vergeylen in collaboration with Olga Polizzi. Adhering to the exceptional design standards and personalised service set by its predecessor, the second Rocco Forte House will enjoy the use of the spa, gym and restaurant of Milan’s Carlton hotel.

Le Palme, Sardinia 2025
As flagged by LATTE in April, Sixth Street and Rocco Forte Hotels together with Eidos Hotel Capital Partners are redeveloping the property formerly known as Hotel Le Palme. Located in Liscia di Vacca, Porto Cervo, on Sardinia’s Costa Smeralda, the hotel will have 64 rooms and suites, a spa, three restaurants and a rooftop bar. Set to open in 2025, renowned designer Patricia Urquiola is overseeing the interior aesthetic of the property, while Patrizia Pozzi and Efisio Onali are responsible for the landscape and architectural concept.
