This year, thousands of luxury travel professionals from more than 100 countries will gather in Las Vegas from 12 – 18 August at Bellagio Resort & Casino, ARIA Resort & Casino and Vdara Hotel & Spa for the 35th annual Virtuoso Travel Week, with even more joining in virtually. The event attracts the world’s-best travel companies and the industry’s most influential travel agencies and advisors.
With a focus on fostering human connection, bolstering sales and establishing the latest trends, Virtuoso Travel Week sets the stage for the future of luxury travel and firmly establishes its place as the Fashion Week of travel.
This year’s sold-out event is sure to create a buzz within the industry with VIP speakers, professional development sessions, and the one-to-one “speed-dating” plus self-selected appointments that make Virtuoso Travel Week such an essential part of the luxury travel sales strategy for its members, advisors and partners.

The second annual Travel Tech Summit will further innovation by bringing together established companies including Microsoft, Hopper and Deloitte, and pairing them with a showcase of 20 startup businesses that are making waves in travel tech. The “Under One Sky” lunch further demonstrates Virtuoso’s support of sustainable tourism by uniting those who are most committed and passionate about this space, while also featuring findings from the network’s new “Virtuoso Impact Report, Sustainable Travel – 2023.”
The week will kick off with keynote speaker Steven Bartlett, one of Europe’s most accomplished young entrepreneurs and thinkers, and host of Europe’s No.1 podcast, “The Diary of a CEO.” In 2021, Bartlett released his Sunday Times bestseller “Happy Sexy Millionaire,” and next month he will release his galvanising new book, “The Diary of a CEO: 33 Laws of Business and Life.”
For the Opening Ceremony on Sunday 13 August, Bartlett will join Matthew D. Upchurch, Virtuoso’s Chairman and CEO, for an informative fireside chat centered on the secrets and insights for cracking the code of professional and personal success. The two business leaders will discuss the importance of strategies such as “skill stacking” and “compound interest” to manage the pace of business and life in a rapidly evolving world and promote professional fulfillment.

Virtuoso will continue its focus on fostering human connection with multiple touchpoints throughout the week. A full day of Globetrotting sessions on Saturday 12 August will spotlight Virtuoso’s Communities in cruise, adventure, family, culinary and ultra-luxe travel, providing Virtuoso members and partners with structured time to network and discover new product offerings in an immersive setting. The Cruise Café and partner lounges also allow advisors to meet with preferred partners during dedicated appointments, while the exclusive Pinnacle Lounge, an invitation-only space for Virtuoso’s top-producing advisors to meet with select partners, provides additional opportunities to connect.
An Editor’s Lounge will give attendees the opportunity to meet with the team behind the network’s award-winning “Virtuoso, The Magazine,” while the event’s dedicated press program will see attendance from more than 50 journalists from five countries, including LATTE from Australia.
