Recently Di Lechner, Director of Addicted to Maldives visited Heritance Aarah for the first time with Lisa Hillenaar from her team. Addicted to Maldives are a Maldives specialist and Lechner certainly has visited her share of Maldives resorts.
Post-visit, Heritance Aarah caught up with Lechner to find out what her thoughts were of the resort.
What was your first impression of Heritance Aarah?
“When I first stepped foot onto the arrival jetty and experienced that beautiful traditional Maldivian cultural dance welcome, I knew this place would be special.”
What do you think is unique about the property?

“Spend some time with the Executive Chef Amila and ask him to whip you up something off menu… his home-style Sri Lankan feast was an absolute delight.”
“Also, ensure you participate in the cultural tour. Being taken back in time and seeing the real way of island life in the Maldives really enhanced our overall experience in the Maldives.”

“We spent five magnificent nights recently at Heritance. From the minute we landed in Male the efficient team looked after us. We were whisked away to the lounge to await our seaplane flight over to the island. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the most beautiful team.
